Metro Custom Homes is a new single member LLC opened in 2007 by Steve Carricato to start a new chapter of
the Carricato family building and serving homeowners of Louisville. Being a third generation builder has given
Steve the perspective and experience to serve all budgets and types of projects from the Dream Home you have
always wanted to the elegant basement remodel to expand your living space.
Steve has been a registers builder member with the Home Builders Association of Louisville since 1993. He is
also a licenced real estate agent with Milestone Realty Consultants and a member of the Louisville Board of
Realtors. Metro Custom Homes can work with you to design, build, and market your existing home to achieve
the goals you have set for your family.
Metro custom Homes works within an allowance system for all your homes many selections. All overages or
changes are clearly marked on signed change order sheets. Open communication is vital to the success of
your project. Metro Custom Homes strives to walk with you through the building process so all selections and
decisions are made timely and on budget. Steve offers one on one personal service to all his clients. You will
work directly with the builder.
